1. Overview
At Cursha J. Riley Enterprises LLC, we are committed to providing intentional, high-quality services focused on healing, growth, and transformation.
Due to the nature of these services, all purchases are subject to the following refund and cancellation terms.
2. 1:1 Healing Sessions
All 1:1 healing sessions are non-refundable once booked.
Clients may request to reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accommodated.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session.
3. Free Consultations
Free consultation sessions may be rescheduled with advance notice. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future sessions.
4. Speaking & Workshops
All speaking engagements and workshops require prior agreement and confirmation.
Any cancellations or changes must be communicated in advance. Specific terms, including deposits and cancellation policies, will be outlined in a separate agreement for each event.
5. Digital Products (If Applicable)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
6. Exceptions
Refunds are not provided for:

Scheduling conflicts

Failure to attend scheduled sessions
Exceptions may be considered only in rare circumstances at our sole discretion.
